Mental health issues among employees may have cost our country,Malaysia RM14.46 billion, or 1% of Malaysia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2018 according to Dr.Chua Sook Ning,Founder of Relate Mental Health Malaysia,
Research shows that work is one of the biggest cause of mental health issues among employees.Mental health issues such as depression increases an employee’s likelihood of absence and reduce their productivity and performances
Hence,raising mental health awareness will help encourage employees to be aware of their mental state and helping them cope by creating a strong support system among the workforce.
Osharigato’s team have crafted this program not only to train, but to initiate awareness and importance of mental health among employees
